Eric Gregory

My name is Eric Gregory and I’m Gregory Computer Services. I’ve been in the tech business since 1991 when I went back to college after my job as purchasing agent disappeared after a local manufacturer closed. In 1993 I graduated from Fleming College’s Microcomputer Technician course and got a great job at Strano Foodservice, which later became Sysco.

In 17 years at Sysco, my first job was supporting 100 sales people with laptops plus 200 customers who placed their  orders using computers or software supplied by Sysco.

Later I was promoted to Technical Services Supervisor managing a team responsible for supporting a variety of systems. My main responsibilities were; scheduling work for the team, maintenance and upgrades for telephone and voicemail systems, network servers, monitoring expenses and data backups. I was also tasked with researching and  making final recommendations for all new technology.

In 2010, I was downsized and started Gregory Computer Services. Since then, I’ve been supporting local businesses and home computers.
